OVERT NYC

We worked with lifestyle accessories brand, OVERT NYC, on the development of their editorial platform Follow The Girl from February 2016 to June 2016. After wrapping up our OVERT City Diary campaign, we worked with OVERT on lifestyle-driven original features that speak to the variety of empowering women in NYC.

We worked with OVERT NYC on the development of their editorial platform Follow The Girl from February 2016 to June 2016. After wrapping up our OVERT City Diary campaign, we worked with OVERT on lifestyle-driven original features that speak to the variety of empowering women in NYC. This included story ideation, art direction, prop styling, content development, production, and execution. In addition to this, we provided consultancy on editorial content ideas and new content vertices including more team-oriented and technology and travel content. Even after our partnership, our interviewee introductions/general work have translated into post-project opportunities for OVERT NYC including ongoing social posts and press opportunities.

OVERT CITY DIARY 

CLIENT: EDITORIAL CONTENT STRATEGY, CONTENT PRODUCTION, CONTENT CREATION

WWe developed a dynamic diary-inspired editorial series that creates an immersive experience into the city life of OVERT's diverse community of girls. For three months, each week focused on highlighting one particular featured girl at unique locations in the city with featured photos and an interview. By placing emphasis on just one girl each week, we wanted to cultivate a sense of connection to the particular girl who is featured and demonstrate how her lifestyle aligns with the OVERT values.

HOW WE FIRST CONNECTED + HIGHLIGHTS

We first discovered and connected with the co-founders of OVERT NYC via email. We then featured their story on The Style Line and wanted to keep in touch regarding more ways we might be able to work together. We reconnected shortly after and began working together on the relaunch of their campaign in early February 2016.
